Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish!

Today was one of the best days of my life. I just completed my treatment which was performed by the most talented Dr Radha I can not describe how beautiful my teeth are, when I saw them, I was so happy. My treatment consisted of replacing an old veneer/crown, whitening & composite bonding.

Dr Radha you are amazing, and I want to thank you for giving me my smile back.
Dr Radha is the best dentist ever. She is so caring and patient at the same time very professional. She made sure I was always at ease and comfortable and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy before leaving the chair. Thank you so much Dr Radha!!

Client care from Reception staff is exceptional. Always polite, friendly, informative, and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Claire who was amazing throughout my whole journey.

I don't usually give five stars to anyone, but these guys deserve it!!!

Another fantastic experience with Smile Rooms Windsor.

My veneer came away on Sunday evening, so I contacted the practice and they arranged an emergency appointment for me straight away for the following day. I was really impressed with how quickly everything was dealt with.

I was seen by Dr Pouya Zoh, who did an absolutely amazing job. The veneer looks as good as new and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was professional, reassuring and took great care throughout.

Once again, the service from Smile Rooms Windsor has been exceptional. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly they helped me and for the quality of the treatment.

I found the dental practice to be clean, modern, and well presented. The appointment with the hygienist and dental nurse was conducted professionally and efficiently, and the booking process was straightforward and convenient.

While my overall experience was positive, I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided by one of the receptionists. When I initially made my appointment, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, when I later called to reschedule, the second receptionist I spoke with was noticeably less welcoming and came across as abrupt, at times bordering on discourteous.

Despite this experience, the standard of care and service provided by the clinical team was excellent. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this dental practice.

I would like to thank my hygienist Christine at Smile Rooms Windsor who I visited today, I’ve not been to a dentist in years and I was very nervous but Christine talked me though it every step of the way and made me feel really comfortable. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Thank you.

The whole experience of being a patient at the Smile Rooms was fantastic. I chose the practice after carrying out a lot of research and visiting other dentists for the cosmetic work I wanted to have. From the first consultation Dr Albert made me feel at ease and had a good understanding of what I wanted. At each appointment the procedures were explained clearly, with Dr Albert always checking back to confirm that I had changed my mind. I am thrilled with the results, my teeth look like mine still, but whiter, more even and straighter. I couldnt be happier and am so pleased I found the Smile Rooms. Thank you!

I was feeling quite nervous about my hygienist appointment after having a bad experience at another dental practice, but from the moment I arrived, I was greeted so warmly by Emily. She was absolutely lovely, made me feel welcome, reassured me, and even offered me a drink, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Michelle, the hygienist, was absolutely excellent. She immediately put me at ease, talked me through everything she was doing, and was so gentle and reassuring throughout the appointment. She really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable, and I cannot recommend her enough!

Her assistant, Dianne, was also lovely and helped make the whole experience even more positive.

Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish, the whole team made such a difference. Thank you to Emily, Michelle and Dianne for being so kind, professional and caring. I left feeling so much more comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend this practice! I will be using this practice as my regular now.

I could not recommend Dr Milton highly enough professional, he explains everything in layman terms. Makes you feel comfortable and everything he does is with a small no pun intended and the front reception have also got to be mentioned because they always friendly and helpful Thank you …..ps please install a stairlift !!!

I would highly recommend Smile Rooms in Windsor! Dr Zoh is absolutely fantastic. He was so kind, patient and caring with my son, who had been feeling quite worried about visiting the dentist. He took the time to reassure him and made him feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment.

I had a great consultation with Dr Ahmed regarding Invisalign. He was very friendly, polite and professional throughout. He took the time to thoroughly explain the different treatment options available and answered all my questions clearly. Overall, a very positive and informative experience!

Dr Radha has been incredible throughout my treatment! She’s so welcoming, friendly and reassuring, making you feel comfortable and at ease from the very first appointment. Her skill, knowledge and attention to detail are amazing, and I’ve felt in such good hands throughout the whole process.

I’ve recently completed my Invisalign and composite bonding treatment, and I couldn’t recommend Smile Rooms and Dr Radha highly enough to anyone considering either treatment. I’m so glad I chose them!

Such a wonderful experience every single visit - the staff here could not be more warm and welcoming, they make such an effort to remember every single client, it makes a such a huge difference, particularly for someone like me, who was never particularly fond of the dentist - it makes every visit so much more pleasant. Dr Radha is an absolute delight, she’s brilliant at her job, but also much like the receptionists, she is so welcoming and has the most infectious personality! I cannot recommend Smile Rooms more, for any and all services.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received at Smile Rooms Windsor. I came to see Dr Albert after a bike accident had badly damaged and broken my front teeth, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Dr Albert was incredibly kind, reassuring and supportive throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The composite bonding he has done is absolutely amazing — my teeth look so natural that you would never know they had been damaged.

The difference it has made to me is huge. After the accident I had lost a lot of confidence in my smile, and Dr Albert has genuinely given me both my smile and my confidence back.
