MEET THE TEAM

After graduating from Alexandria University in Egypt in 2001, Ahmed spent his first few years working in dental hospitals and attended externships at Guy’s Hospital in London and Queen’s University in Belfast.

Ahmed’s passion is cosmetic dentistry and dental implants and he has taken prestigious academic qualifications in both fields.

In 2004, he was awarded a British Chevening Scholarship to study Fixed and Removable prosthodontics at the University of Manchester, from which he graduated with a Master of Science.

He then spent the next few years working in a private practice focusing on cosmetic dentistry and dental implants and teaching prosthodontics to undergraduate dental students.

Dedicated to providing his patients with the most up to date treatment and care, Ahmed completed a PhD in Implant Dentistry from King’s College, London in 2015.

Ahmed understands how anxious many people can get when going to the dentist and is very good at dealing with nervous patients. He believes in making his implant treatments as simple as possible so that patients can have a stress free experience.

In addition to clinical work, Ahmed lectures both at a national and an international level. Out of work, Ahmed enjoys traveling, tennis and water sports in addition to spending time with his wife and daughter.

Dr Albert Gajdos graduated from Cardiff University with a first class Honours Degree in Dental Surgery. He has a keen interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry where he continues to invest in training with world renown clinicians in areas such as smile makeovers, tooth whitening, composite bonding and Invisalign (clear braces). Through his continuing education he always aims to provide his patients with most up-to-date treatments.

Dentistry can have an immense positive impact on an individual, for Albert the true reward is seeing the confidence and happiness he can instil his patients’ new beautiful and healthy smiles.

Radha Graduated from Barts and the Royal London Hospital with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2014.

She has worked in private general practice since then striving to achieve excellence in all forms of general and cosmetic dentistry with particular focus on prevention and minimally invasive treatment.

She is a certified provider of Invisalign, the leading clear aligner system, Fixed Orthodontic Fastbraces and Inman Aligner, a short-term adult orthodontic system.

Over the past years her interest in combining Adult orthodontics with Cosmetic and Restorative treatment, has grown, leading her to complete post graduate courses in Advanced Smile Design.

She has been awarded a Certificate in Implantology following a one year post graduate training course with VSS Academy, in 2017.

For the last 3 years, she has been providing Dermal Fillers and Anti-Wrinkle Treatment. She aims to soften the ageing process, enhance ones features and beauty, whilst maintaining a revitalised, natural appearance.

Radha’s warm and gentle manner, shines through from the first consultation. Her passion for dentistry, continues to grow, as she builds her knowledge with continual post graduate qualifications and training.

Building strong, professional and trusting relationships with all her patients, comes naturally to her, and is an aspect of dentistry she most enjoys and respects. Her approach to patient care is founded on evidence-based dentistry, patient trust, clinical perfection and professional excellence.

In her down time, she practices Yoga and mindfulness, and recently has started training in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. She is always planning her next adventure abroad where her backpack is never short of snacks and a good book.

Christine has over 40 years of experience in dentistry and is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve lifelong oral health through prevention, education and gentle, patient-centred care.

After qualifying as a Dental Hygienist in 1983, she went on to complete a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Oral Health Science, enabling her to practise as both a Dental Therapist and Dental Hygienist.

At SmileTeam Windsor, Christine enjoys working as part of the paediatric dental team, helping children develop positive dental experiences and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Outside the practice, she enjoys volunteering within the community, delivering oral health education in nurseries, schools and community groups, and inspiring young people to explore careers in dentistry.

Christine looks forward to welcoming new and existing patients to SmileTeam Windsor.

Michelle qualified with a dual degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy from the University of Leeds in 2013. She has since undertaken postgraduate training in teeth whitening and is currently completing a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, reflecting her passion for facial rejuvenation.

She joined Windsor Smile Rooms in 2020 and also runs her own facial aesthetics clinic in Oxford. Michelle’s clinical interests include the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease, as well as motivating and educating patients to improve their oral health—particularly in preparation for cosmetic or advanced restorative dental treatments.

With extensive knowledge of head and neck anatomy, Michelle safely and precisely delivers medical aesthetic treatments such as muscle-relaxing injections and dermal fillers. Her growing interest in regenerative therapies has led her to further training in exosomes, polynucleotides, and PRP for hair loss and skin rejuvenation.

Dedicated to ongoing professional development, Michelle regularly attends postgraduate courses and reviews evidence-based studies to maintain high standards of care. She is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists and actively participates in regional study groups.

Michelle is also committed to dental outreach, having provided emergency dental care to the homeless and underserved communities in the UK and abroad, including a mission to Nepal in 2019–2020. She continues to seek opportunities to give back through purposeful travel and volunteer work.

Having worked in Event Management & Sales for many years in New Zealand & the UK.
Alison joined the team at Smile Rooms Windsor in April 2021. She is passionate about providing her patients with a warm and friendly welcome.

In her spare time she loves going for long walks, spending time with family and friends and getting her DIY gloves on for home improvement projects.

Milton graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, where he was awarded the prestigious Evelyn Sprawson Prize for being the best all-round student, recognising both academic achievement and contribution to student life.

He has a strong interest in restorative, aesthetic, and minimally invasive dentistry, with a focus on delivering natural, functional, and long-lasting outcomes. Milton continually invests in postgraduate education and is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Complex Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. He has also completed Part 1 of the MFDS qualification with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has won multiple awards for his clinical dentistry.

He is the founder of the British Tamil Dental Association (BTDA), which supports dental students and professionals through mentorship, networking, and community outreach / charity initiatives internationally.

Milton believes in building strong relationships with his patients and providing care that is tailored to their individual needs. Whether carrying out routine dental treatment, restorative care, Invisalign, or composite bonding, his aim is always to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Outside of dentistry, Milton enjoys travelling, keeping fit through going to the gym and hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
