Dr Albert Gajdos graduated from Cardiff University with a first class Honours Degree in Dental Surgery. He has a keen interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry where he continues to invest in training with world renown clinicians in areas such as smile makeovers, tooth whitening, composite bonding and Invisalign (clear braces). Through his continuing education he always aims to provide his patients with most up-to-date treatments.
Dentistry can have an immense positive impact on an individual, for Albert the true reward is seeing the confidence and happiness he can instil his patients’ new beautiful and healthy smiles.
Albert believes that dentistry is highly personal. He will really takes his time to listen and get to know his patients, and through this he strives to provide every single one with treatment options and plans that are tailored to their individual wants and needs.
He is incredibly passionate about his patients and his work. His aim is to make dental treatment a positive experience for his patients, putting their comfort at the forefront of his care. He pays attention to even the smallest details in his work, always taking a minimally invasive approach in order to achieve the results that his patients love.
Outside of work, Albert enjoys traveling and keeping fit at the gym. In the winter months he is a keen skier and in the summer he enjoys road cycling.

Radha Graduated from Barts and the Royal London Hospital with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2014.
She has worked in private general practice since then striving to achieve excellence in all forms of general and cosmetic dentistry with particular focus on prevention and minimally invasive treatment.
She is a certified provider of Invisalign, the leading clear aligner system, Fixed Orthodontic Fastbraces and Inman Aligner, a short-term adult orthodontic system.
Over the past years her interest in combining Adult orthodontics with Cosmetic and Restorative treatment, has grown, leading her to complete post graduate courses in Advanced Smile Design.
She has been awarded a Certificate in Implantology following a one year post graduate training course with VSS Academy, in 2017.
For the last 3 years, she has been providing Dermal Fillers and Anti-Wrinkle Treatment. She aims to soften the ageing process, enhance ones features and beauty, whilst maintaining a revitalised, natural appearance.
Radha’s warm and gentle manner, shines through from the first consultation. Her passion for dentistry, continues to grow, as she builds her knowledge with continual post graduate qualifications and training.
Building strong, professional and trusting relationships with all her patients, comes naturally to her, and is an aspect of dentistry she most enjoys and respects. Her approach to patient care is founded on evidence-based dentistry, patient trust, clinical perfection and professional excellence.
In her down time, she practices Yoga and mindfulness, and recently has started training in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. She is always planning her next adventure abroad where her backpack is never short of snacks and a good book.

Sanjeeve graduated from King’s College London with a Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery.
He has a surmounting interest in minimally invasive restorative and cosmetic dentistry where he strives for clinical excellence and continually invests in his own training to provide the best possible care for his patients.
He is currently undertaking a master’s degree in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at King’s College London. Previously he has completed a year long post-graduate certificate in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and countless hours of post graduate education from leading dentists from around the country.
Sanjeeve believes in listening and getting to know his patients with a friendly and relaxed approach, aiming to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Whether it is a check up, placing a filling or carrying out a smile makeover with Invisalign or composite bonding, every experience is unique and tailored to the individual.
Outside of dentistry, Sanjeeve enjoys travelling around the world to experience new cultures, keeping fit by playing sports or going to the gym and is very much a dog person with three dogs.
Dr Ramandeep Marway

Ramandeep graduated from the University Of Birmingham in 2011. He then completed his Vocational Training in Uxbridge, followed by 5 years in general practice in the West London region.
During this time he completed his Membership to the Joint Dental Faculties and successfully undertook the Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education at the University of Bedfordshire.
This was followed by his election onto the Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith Local Dental Committee in 2016. In 2018 he completed his Master’s degree from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in Endodontics; graduating with distinction and being nominated for the ‘Dean’s Research Prize’ for his dissertation. He continues to work as a part-time Specialty Doctor in the Endodontic Department at Eastman Dental Hospital.
Ramandeep has a strong interest in providing a patient-centred approach to his treatment and recognises the importance of being able to talk to his patients and make them feel at ease.
In his spare time, Ramandeep enjoys keeping fit at the gym, playing football and travelling.
Miss Michelle Novales
Dental Hygiene Therapist
Michelle gained her qualification at University of Leeds in 2013 with dual qualification in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy and has since undertaken postgraduate training in teeth whitening.
Michelle joined the team at Reading Smiles and Windsor Smile Rooms in 2020 and is also working at a private specialist practice in Oxford.
Michelle’s professional interests are the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and the motivation and education of patients to achieve good oral health. As part of the dental team, Michelle is keen on helping patients improve their oral health prior to commencing cosmetic dental treatment or advanced restorative dentistry such as dental implants and orthodontics. Michelle is also involved in care pathway of patients’ ongoing treatments by providing supportive care on hygiene maintenance visits and restorative care by carrying out fillings in treating caries.
Recognising the importance of continuing professional development, Michelle is committed on attending postgraduate courses and continually reviews evidence- based clinical studies to ensure all treatment and care is provided to the highest standard. Michelle is also a member of British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists and participates in the Thames Valley Dental Hygienists and Therapists regional study group.
Michelle is passionate about Christ and is involved in dental outreach ministries. In 2018, she has provided emergency treatment and dental education to the homeless and people in poverty. Michelle also provided dental treatments to children in need and to those that have no access to dental care at her most recent trip to Nepal in 2019- 2020. Michelle enjoys travelling with a purpose and endeavours to continue with dental outreach in the future.
Dr Farhan Janjua

Farhan graduated from Manchester University in 2008. He has since undertaken further post- graduate training for 4 years between 2015-2019 at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute, specialising in Prosthodontics.
He has a keen interest in digital dentistry and its uses in crown preparation, bridgework, implant placement and invisible braces and the technology supporting it.
Patients always remark on Farhan’s gentleness and compassion and his superb knowledge of his field of interest.
He is an enthusiastic sportsman and enjoys playing football and cycling in his spare time as well as looking after his honeybees.

Pritesh Raval is our practice specialist periodontist. Pritesh qualified from Kings College London in 2008.
He has extensive experience including working in general dental practice on the South Coast and in Central London. He has worked in the Maxillofacial department at the prestigious Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead undertaking and assisting in complex head and neck surgeries and difficult dental extractions.
He has also worked in a specialist community setting working on vulnerable adults and children as well as undertaking teaching at dental schools. In 2016, he undertook his specialist training at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Hospital, University College London.
He gained his specialist qualification in periodontics on a program which is accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology. His specialist interest lies in management of advanced gum disease using surgical and non-surgical treatments. Management of peri-implant diseases and soft tissue treatment.
His friendly manner, experiences and knowledge base places him in an ideal position to treat gum and peri-implant diseases to a specialist level.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his young son, socialising and keeping fit. He has also taken part in several triathlons and is currently training for a half marathon.

I qualified from The Royal London Hospital in 2002 and went on to complete my training as a Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Kingston and St. Georges Hospitals. During my various postings was awarded The Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons, England. Furthermore, I have worked in both primary and secondary care and joined Kings College Hospital as a Specialty Doctor in Acute Dental Care.
Having had experience of such a wide array of the dental field, I found it most rewarding when having the opportunity to help patients who had fear or phobias. This led me to my postgraduate training in Intra-Venous/Oral/Inhalation (gas and air) sedation at the Eastman Dental Institute, where I now teach postgraduate dentists in this field.
I am currently a Clinical Lecturer in Conscious Sedation at The Royal London Hospital and provide general dentistry and oral surgery under la +/- Conscious Sedation on the other days. In addition to my formal training, I have trained in acupuncture for the head and neck region and obtained a Medical Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.
I help our more nervous patients with conscious sedation.
Patient Care Co-ordinator
Kimberley has had over 4 years’ experience working as a Dental Receptionist and joined our practice in November 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She enjoys making patients feel welcome at the practice and will always serve you with a friendly smile.
In her spare time, she loves nothing more than cuddling up with her dog to watch Disney movies whilst eating a chocolatey snack! She also enjoys travelling whenever she can and plans to go on many adventures around the world with her partner.
Amy has 10 years’ experience in dentistry, as a Patient Care Co-ordinator and is known for always smiling and putting our patients at ease!
Amy has previously worked in a mixed NHS & Private practice, and now enjoys spending more time with patients. Providing patient’s with knowledge on their treatments and forming a friendship along the way, is something she has always loved about her role.
In Amy’s spare time she enjoys trips to the park with her family, spa days with friends and cooking.

Lauren graduated from Warwick medical school in 2010 with a diploma in orthodontic therapy and is registered with the General dental council.
On graduation, she was presented with the most outstanding student of the year award for achieving the highest academic results for her year group.
In 2010 Lauren also won Orthodontic therapist of the year for her case study at the British orthodontic conference.
Since qualifying Lauren has worked both with Adult and Private and has over 12 years experience working in orthodontics.
Lauren joined Reading smiles in 2018 to maximise her time helping patients achieve their fantastic smile alongside Dr Hanel.
Treatment Care Coordinator
Jodie is our full time treatment coordinator at the practice, supporting our patients through their smile journeys.
Jodie started her career in dentistry in 2016 and is an avid supporter of Invisalign after having undergone Invisalign treatment herself.
She works alongside our dentists and feels passionate about giving people a better smile and she loves supporting patients through their journey
In her spare time Jodie loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys travelling with her daughter!
Head nurse/Patient Care coordinator
Rhian initially joined our team as a Patient Care Coordinator and is now the Head Dental Nurse. With Dual experience she is a key part of the team, offering amazing chairside and reception support
Rhian is a warm-hearted person who strives for perfection in all that she does. She has a strong NHS background and after many years’ experience working for National Health Service, she decided to join the private sector. Rhian’s aim is to provide 5-star patient care at all times!
Dani has a vast amount of customer facing experience and understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service. She is a bubbly, enthusiastic and truly believe Reading Smiles can offer patients the best dental care and customer service.
Dani is able to put patients at ease regarding their treatment plan and ensure they fully understand their options and next steps.
Dani loves meeting new patients and enjoy building good positive relationships with them. Dani’s ethos is Positivity is key, ‘One team one dream’
Outside of work Dani enjoys going on woodland adventures with her husband and three son’s. She enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym regularly and enjoy socialising with friends over brunch.
Jai is our treatment coordinator to help support any major or long term treatments at the practice. Her warm and approachable nature helps put patients at ease.
Jemma Daniels (GDC: 250388)
Jemma is our head nurse at Reading Smiles. She started her career in dental nursing in 2012.Jemma is a highly organised and extremely knowledgeable dental nurse. Jemma enjoys working with all the specialist dentists at Reading smiles. She creates a warm, calm and professional environment. She particularly likes assisting the oral surgeon and periodontist with surgical procedures. Jemma has also worked closely alongside Dr Hanel, so her knowledge on Invisalign is outstanding.
Jemma takes on all the keys tasks of a head nurse, she in charge of all stock control and supervising the trainee dental nurses at the practice.
Jemma is an asset to Reading smiles, both the team and the patients love Jemma!
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her partner and has recently started creating her own range of home-made soap and body products.
Patient Care co Ordinator/Dental nurse
Fiona started her dental career as a dental receptionist and then decided to widen her knowledge and become a qualified dental nurse in 2015.
Fiona’s natural enjoyment in meeting lots of people and making patients happy goes beyond customer service, she loves to spend time with patients making them feel at ease.
In Fiona’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and baking cakes.
Vicky Caraman (GDC: 273174)
Vicky is a one of our amazing dental nurses at Reading Smiles. She works closely with our Dental Hygienist and Therapist Dayle Greenfield. Vicky qualified as a dental nurse in June 2016 with an NEBDN Diploma. Vicky is also a qualified first aider. She is the newest edition to the dental nursing team at Reading smiles, she relocated with her husband and son to Berkshire earlier this year.
Vicky has a gift for learning languages, she speaks Russian and native Romanian, German and Spanish, and of course fluent English! In her spare time she is enjoys spending time with her family.

Devi recently joined Reading Smiles as one of our full time patient care co-ordinators. Devi loves the diversity of her job. She is a kind and very approachable person with a warm personality.
Devi demonstrates excellent customer service, she aims to provide all our patients a unique experience at Reading smiles, creating a warm and friendly environment and making our patents feel welcomed and valued.

Krisha is one of the newest members of our Windsor team.
She started her dental career 5 years ago as a dental receptionist. She enjoys getting to know our patients and always wants to make them feel at ease.
She then decided to do an apprenticeship back in 2017 and is now a qualified dental nurse.
Krisha has worked alongside a dental Implantologist and specialist before and finds complex dental procedures really interesting. She wanted to broaden her experience and knowledge with orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.
During her free time, she enjoys travelling and loves going to the beach. She also loves to bake, collect plants and look after her fishes.
