Due to rapid expansion of our dental clinic sites, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for growing the revenue of our business by identifying new guests and opportunities with current guests. Essential skills include: good business sense and financial planning, marketing skills, strategy development and implementation.
Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through guest acquisition and sales
- Maintaining relationships with staff and keeping up-to-date on their work progress
- Writing reports and analysing relevant business data, KPI’s
- Presenting findings to the team and members of staff
- Determining the reasons for profits and losses
- Assuming responsibility for the success or failure of strategic decisions
- Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
- Educating team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness
- Suggesting new projects such as product development to tap into new markets
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
- Increase of revenue opportunities with existing guests
- To suggest new ideas to management team
- Assist with the supervision of the trainee receptionist in the practice
- Assist throughout the practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the principal

Treatment coordinator
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
- Following practice systems
- Being a team player
- Leading the team to ensure the patients experience is “wow”
- Providing the initial consultation for the practice
- Scheduling and booking of new patient appointments
- Confirming financial arrangements
- Processing credit applications
- Assisting the dentist by placing treatment plans and gathering consents and estimates
- Assisting the patient with any queries they may have about treatment
- Ensuring each time the patient attends they have a positive experience
- Practice promotion – marketing activity and networking
- Tracking of performance indicators
- Ensuring all TCO systems are followed to the letter
- Reviewing activity and new patients weekly with dentists
- Feedback to the dentists
- Indentifying when further training for other team members is required
TREATMENT COORDINATOR NEEDS TO HAVE:
- Dental Knowledge to be able to confidently explain procedures and treatment to patients
- Dental nurse background is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Confidence
- Be a team player
- Also able to work well on their own and under pressure
- Be motivated for self improvement

Dental practice manager
Due to the rapid expansion of our dental clinic sites, we are currently looking for an experienced Area/ Dental Practice Manager to join our team.
THE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the operational side of the area/practice
- Come up with innovative solutions to ensure maximum capacity
- Measure financial performance and KPIs understand any variation
- Ensuring good communication is maintained between dental professionals, support staff and the patients at all times
- Management of administration duties within the clinic to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that patients leave with a very positive impression of the clinic
- Ensuring all legal and health and safety requirements are adhered to including CQC compliance
- Meeting and greeting patients in a friendly manner and discussing any issues or concerns that they may have
- Ensuring dental and other products supplies are replenished as and when required
- Assisting the customer care team with the planning and scheduling of appointments, implementation of treatment plans and keeping patient records up to date
- Seek opportunities to grow the business by raising the practices profile using Marketing and Sales to convert leads into new business
- Management of the UDA Contract
SKILLS THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL REQUIRE:
- At least 1 years’ experience managing a dental clinic; working closely with a team of dental professionals and support staff
- Good general knowledge of CQC compliance
- Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental software
- Proven ability to manage a dental practice; management experience of multiple clinic locations would be considered an advantage
- Attention to detail – essential when working in a busy dental surgery
- Highly organised – essential for the effective management of a busy dental clinic
- Problem Solving – ability to deal with all problems that arise in the practice in a calm and professional manner
- Must be comfortable working at a fast pace in our ever changing industry
